Abstract:
Збірник містить матеріали Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Розвиток України в умовах мілітарного впливу: соціально-правові, економічні та екологічні аспекти», яку ініційовано Державною установою «Інститут економіко-правових досліджень імені В.К. Мамутова Національної академії наук України» та проведено 28 березня 2023 року спільно з Уповноваженим Верховної Ради України з прав людини, Національною академією правових наук України, Програмою розвитку ООН в Україні, українськими і зарубіжними громадськими організаціями за фінансової підтримки Уряду Японії. Представлено результати науково-практичних досліджень із пропозиціями і рекомендаціями щодо розвитку соціально-економічної та екологічної сфер на тлі мілітарного впливу. Враховано нові підходи до формування системи правових методів і засобів забезпечення економічної безпеки країни, діяльності суб’єктів господарювання за воєнних загроз і релокації, захисту прав людини у сфері господарювання в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення, покращення раптово враженого війною суспільного добробуту та захисту довкілля, що зазнає багатоаспектного негативного впливу. Для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів і студентів різних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти, працівників органів державної влади та органів місцевого самоврядування, фахівців-практиків, суб’єктів господарювання та їх об’єднань, широкої зацікавленої громадськості./ The collection comprises the materials of the International scientific and practical conference «Development of Ukraine under the Impact of War: Socio-Legal, Economic and Ecological Aspects», initiated by the State Institution «V. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine» and held on March 28, 2023 in cooperation with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, Ukrainian and foreign civil society organisations with the financial support of the Government of Japan. The collection presents the results of scientific and practical research, which provide proposals and recommendations for the development of socio-economic and ecological areas of relations under the military impact. They consider new approaches to formation of a system of legal methods and means of ensuring the economic security of the country, functioning of economic entities under the military threats and circumstances of relocation, protection of human rights in economics under martial law and during the post-war recovery, improvement of the rapidly affected by the war public welfare, and protection of environment, undergoing a multifaceted negative impact. For scientists, lecturers, graduate students and students of various specialties of higher education and scientific institutions, employees of the State power authorities and local self-government bodies, practitioners, economic entities and their associations, and the general public interested.
