Abstract:
Збірник містить матеріали наукових і експертних досліджень з питань бізнесу та прав людини під час війни і повоєнного відновлення, що підготовлені учасниками ІІ-го Всеукраїнського конкурсу наукових робіт здобувачів вищої освіти та молодих вчених, присвяченого 25-річчю заснування інституції Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини, а також провідними вітчизняними науковцями й експертами. Висвітлюються теоретичні та практичні аспекти різнобічних проблем і можливих рішень щодо гарантування забезпечення та належного захисту комплексу прав людини державною і місцевою владою та суб’єктами господарювання під час правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні, відновлення і сталого розвитку нашої держави у повоєнний період.

The collection contains materials of scientific and expert research on business and human rights during the war and post-war reconstruction, prepared by the participants of the II-nd All-Ukrainian competition of students of higher educational establishments and young researchers, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the institution of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, as well as by leading domestic scientists and experts. The theoretical and practical aspects of multifaceted
problems and possible solutions regarding guaranteeing the provision and proper protection of the complex of human rights by state and local authorities and business entities during the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, the restoration and sustainable development of our state in the post-war period are highlighted.
